Who we are
Celium Connect (“we”) operates celiumconnect.com and is building Celium Surge, an e-invoicing compliance platform. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit our integration assessment, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, role, and information about your business systems (such as region, accounting system, invoice volumes and preferred integration route). We also collect anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics about visits to this site.
Why we collect it
We use your information only to respond to your request, assess fit for our pilot programme, and contact you about onboarding. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides our anonymous analytics and processes your submission when you send it. Submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets) and delivered to our email. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa or Mauritius, subject to appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and run the pilot programme, and delete them on request or when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Mauritius Data Protection Act, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or the Data Protection Office (Mauritius).
